Blueberry-Basil Granita

3 cups blueberries

3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves

Juice of 1 lime

Pinch of salt

In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients and process to a smooth puree. Pour into an 8 x 8 baking pan and freeze for 30 minutes. Scrape with a fork to break up the frozen parts. Repeat every 30 to 45 minutes until completely frozen.
