Climate change’s effect on food topic of talk

Frode Nilssen, a professor of international business and economics at Norway’s Nord University, will address the economic, social, political and financial impacts of climate change on the global food system and its ability to feed a growing population during a talk titled “Feeding the World in a Time of Climate Change,” from 6-7:30 p.m., April 10, at SMU’s McCord auditorium. The event is cosponsored by International and Area Studies and the Dedman College Interdisciplinary Institute. No RSVP is necessary to attend.
