Roasted Okra

1 pound okra

1/4 cup oil

Salt and pepper

Heat oven to 450F. Line a baking sheet with 

parchment. In a bowl, toss okra pods with oil, then season with salt and pepper. Spread into a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast until crisp and browned in spots, 15-20 minutes.
