Rite of passage celebrated at Lakehill

The Junior-Senior Ring Ceremony remains one of the most significant events of the Upper School end-of-year activities.

There has always been a special bond between the junior and senior classes at Lakehill, and this year’s group is no exception. Held on April 26, amidst the elegance of the Warwick Melrose Hotel, the Junior-Senior Ring Luncheon allowed the class of 2018 the opportunity to reflect, to celebrate, and to pass the torch to Lakehill’s next class of leaders.

After a recap of their successful senior year, Senior Class President Steven Murff Drake introduced next year’s President, Katie Anne Eastus. Then, members of the senior class introduced each member of the junior class, presenting class rings and a Class of 2019 shirt, and paying tribute to each junior during this special Lakehill rite of passage.
