The Exchange Club of Lake Highlands presented its monthly student awards to four Lake Highlands High School students at its January 10 meeting. Character Counts awards are presented each month to two students who display outstanding character traits at school and in the community. Youth of the Month awards go to students who excel in academics and in leadership and are in the top 20 percent of the senior class. The Exchange Club meets each Friday morning at 7 a.m. at the Knights of Columbus Hall on Shoreview Road. For membership information, visit lhexchangeclub.org. — Don Lee
