2018 Year of the Dog events offer art, music

Celebrate the Year of the Dog as the Crow Collection of Asian Art presents its 19th annual Chinese New Year Festival on Saturday, Feb. 17 from 2– 8 p.m. at Klyde Warren Park. In celebration of the Lunar New Year, the Crow Collection of Asian Art’s signature event will be larger than ever, expanding into Klyde Warren Park and NorthPark Center and featuring an array of specialty booths, wellness activities, must-see entertainment and cultural performances.

Klyde Warren Park performances will include multiple dragon and lion dances, as well as a grand finale firework show at 8 p.m. There will also be Chinese street food, Chinese New Year art-making activities and puppy portraits.
