2 pounds ground meat (beef, turkey, pork, chicken or a mix)
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
2 eggs, beaten
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan, plus more for serving
2 teaspoons dried oregano
6 cups (about 2 jars) marinara sauce, for serving
Cooked pasta, for serving
Salt and pepper
Heat oven to 350F. Mix first six ingredients in a bowl and season generously with salt and pepper. Divide into 16 even portions and roll each into a ball. Place on a rack on a sheet pan and bake until nearly cooked through, about 25 minutes. Heat sauce in a large skillet and add meatballs to sauce to finish cooking, about 8 minutes more. Serve over pasta and sprinkle with additional Parmesan.
