The 16th Annual Golf Classic benefiting Interfaith Family Services was held on Monday, Sept. 18, at The Clubs of Prestonwood. The day began with a shotgun start at 10 a.m. Co-chaired by Ben Eakes and Brian Hegi, the charitable event included remarks from an Interfaith Family Services graduate, Natasha Rowe, which provided insight, hope and a glimpse into the wrap-around services that Interfaith provides to their clients. The event raised $112,165, which will directly help to provide a brighter future and break the cycle of poverty. The critical funds raised will directly empower families who are in crisis. Interfaith offers housing for families (most are single mothers) who are homeless, and rent assistance to help others remain in their homes.
