1/4 cup hot honey
1/4 cup stone ground mustard
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets
Kosher salt
Heat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with foil. In a small bowl, stir together honey, mustard, lemon juice and chili flakes.
Lay salmon on prepared pan and season with salt.
Spread glaze over salmon. Bake until flaky, about 10 minutes, then broil for 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
