Hoisin Brussels Sprouts

1/4 cup hoisin sauce

2 tablespoons soy sauce 

2 tablespoons vegetable oil 

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 teaspoon minced ginger 

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper 

1 pound brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved 

Heat oven to 425F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together hoisin, soy, oil, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper. Add sprouts and toss to mix. Spread sprouts out onto prepared baking sheet and roast until tender, about 30 minutes. Heat broiler. Broil until sprouts are slightly charred, about 2 minutes. Serve hot.
