Writer’s Garden luncheon set for 11/10

One of the most anticipated events of the fall is A Writer’s Garden Literary Symposium and Luncheon on Tuesday, Nov. 10. Celebrating its 20th anniversary, the event benefits the Women’s Council of the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden and the development and maintenance of A Woman’s Garden, the centerpiece garden of the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden. Featured speakers will be the team of Edmund Hollander and Melissa Reavis, partners of Hollander Design, Landscape Architects, New York, NY and Chicago, Ill. Hollander Design Landscape Architects creates finely crafted landscapes at every scale, from the Hamptons to Hong Kong.

Also speaking will be Ngoc Minh Ngo (pictured), of New York. Minh Ngo is an author, photographer and speaker widely regarded as one of the world’s most poetic landscape and botanical photographers. Her recent distinctions include serving as the 2025 national speaker for the Garden Conservancy and authoring seven books, including “Roses in the Garden.” Books will be signed by the authors and sold at the event. Patron tickets are $500 per person and include the Symposium and Luncheon. Sponsor tickets start at $1,000 per person and include the “Meet the Authors” Reception and Sponsor Party, Symposium and Luncheon.
