Artist community invites visitors behind gallery walls

Art on Main presents its Studio Artists Group Exhibition, October 8-29, bringing together work by 22 artists who maintain studios within the East Dallas gallery and creative space. An artist reception is on Saturday, Oct. 10, from 6-9 p.m., offering visitors the opportunity to meet the artists, explore the exhibition and experience the creative community that exists behind the gallery walls at Art on Main. Art on Main invited each artist to select work that reflects their individual artistic vision, practice and creative journey. Across the gallery, different mediums, styles and approaches come into conversation with one another. The reception is free and open to the public. Art on Main is located at 4428 Main Street, Suite 200 in Dallas. Visit artonmaindallas.com. — Andrea Lamarsaude
