Legends Juniors tour honors Adams

Connor Adams (pictured), a sophomore at Dallas Christian, was presented with the James A. Ragan Sportsmanship Award by the Legends Junior Golf Tour in a ceremony at the Jackie Burke Cup in Galveston. “He was nominated by his peers because of his great attitude and respect he shows for his competitors and other around him,” friends said. He played in 17 Legends Junior tournaments and was the runner up for Player of the Year based on points earned in the golf tournaments. Adams is the son of Lance and Laura Adams of Dallas and the grandson of Dave and Pat Miller of Lake Highlands. — From Staff Reports
