A hunger-free North Texas NTFB’s goal

The North Texas Food Bank’s (NTFB) 6th Annual HARVEST is more than just a night of culinary cuisine — it’s a night of transforming our community towards a hunger-free, healthy North Texas. The 2019 HARVEST is on Sept. 20 from 6-10 p.m. in the Dallas Arboretum’s A Tasteful Place section of the gardens. Throughout the last five years, HARVEST has provided more than three million healthy meals to children and seniors. With school-provided meals, children receive two meals a day. But what about on the weekends? Thanks to the community’s support and NTFB’s child programs, kids don’t have to worry where their next meal will come from. No child or senior should have to be hungry, and with your support of HARVEST at the Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden on Sept. 20, they won’t be.
