The Dallas Opera’s (TDO) beloved annual People’s Choice Concert returns on Saturday, Oct. 4 at 7:30 p.m., at the Winspear Opera House in the Dallas Arts District. At this free event, audience members can get a taste of some of opera’s greatest hits as well as a sneak peek at the upcoming 2025/2026 season. Enjoy selections from Bizet, Mozart, Donizetti, Bernstein and the season opener, “Carmen.” The concert features cast members from TDO’s upcoming “Carmen” production, including mezzo-sopranos Marina Viotti and Kristen Choi, soprano Diana Newman, tenor Matthew Goodheart and baritone Kyle Miller.
