Celebration! funds vital for lake renovations

The White Rock Lake Conservancy, in partnership with the City of Dallas Park and Recreation Department announces the return of the ultimate lakeside block party on Thursday, March 26 at 6 p.m. for the 12th annual Celebration! White Rock 5K/10K Race and Festival. Experience the beauty of White Rock Lake at the golden hour. The evening kicks off at 5 p.m. at Winfrey Point, where guests can check in, enjoy a pre-run stretch and grab a photo at the lakeside booth. Once runners cross the finish line, the celebration truly begins. Enjoy a curated selection of local food, craft brews and music while the sun sets over the water. Celebration! White Rock is the primary fundraiser for the White Rock Lake Conservancy (501c3). Every registration helps fund vital renovation, beautification and safety projects to preserve the 1,015-acre park that hosts more than 1.5 million visitors annually.
