McRae’s American Bistro & Cocktail offers a lot to love on Valentine’s Day. The delicious three-course Prix Fixe menu begins with a choice of appetizers: Texas Pimiento & Gulf Shrimp, Texas Twinkies, or Burrata and Basil-Strawberry Crostini.
