The Exchange Club of Lake Highlands spent the morning honoring first responders from the Dallas Police Department’s Northeast Division and Dallas Fire and Rescue on Friday, March 11. The Club thanked them for their service to the Lake Highlands community. Since 1961, the men and women of the Exchange Club of Lake Highlands have made this community a better place by focusing on preventing child abuse and supporting a variety of youth, school and community programs.
