1 salmon filet, about 1 pound
2 tablespoons Everything Bagel seasoning
1 pint cherry tomatoes
1 pound fettuccine pasta
1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Kosher salt and pepper
Heat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the salmon fillet on the baking sheet and sprinkle with Everything Bagel seasoning. Scatter cherry tomatoes around salmon. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Meanwhile, cook fettuccine according to package directions. Drain, reserving 1 cup pasta water. Return pasta to pot and stir in cream cheese and lemon juice. Toss until pasta is coated, adding pasta water as needed.
Break salmon in to chunks and add it and tomatoes to pasta. Stir in parsley. Season with salt and pepper and serve.
