FaLaLa Lakewood ready to hit streets

In partnership with the Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center (DCAC), the FaLaLa Lakewood Toy Drive will be hosting their Christmas parade and curbside toy drive throughout the Lakewood neighborhood on Saturday, Dec. 4 from 1:30 p.m.-5 p.m. Santa and his elves will drive through the streets collecting toys from front yards and loading them up into Santa’s sleigh to benefit the 2,000 children DCAC will serve this Christmas. The organized drive features Santa and his elves on a parade route through the streets of North Lakewood collecting toys. In its first year, FaLaLa Lakewood was a smashing success and raised more than $20,000 for families at DCAC. For the 2021 holiday season, the goal is to double efforts and provide $40,000 worth of in-kind gifts and toys.
