Get free gumbo for school donations

Shell Shack is hosting a school supply donation drive from Aug. 19-23. During these dates, stop into any location with new backpacks, pencil pouches, binders, calculators, markers, notebooks, construction paper, folders or other helpful supplies, and you’ll get something for your generosity: a free bowl of delicious Chicken and Sausage Gumbo or New England Clam Chowder. Shell Shack will be donating the items to Community Partners of Dallas, an organization that provides assistance to abused and neglected children. This year, they’re hoping to donate new school uniforms and backpacks filled with school supplies to more than 3,800 kids. It’s a worthy cause, and Shell Shack is honored to assist.
