1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 (4-ounce) cans chopped fire roasted green chiles
1 (9-ounce) package cole slaw mix
Salt and pepper
In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and vinegar. Stir in chiles, then toss in cole slaw mix. Season with salt and pepper. Let stand 1 hour before serving.
