On Thursday, Jan. 2, the members of East Dallas Networking (EDN) donated $7,600 to various East Dallas charities, helping friends and neighbors in need. Since 2008, EDN has donated $69,100 to local organizations, working toward its mission of making East Dallas a better place to live, work and play. This year’s recipients are White Rock Center of Hope, The Dignity Project DBA Well Grounded Coffee Community, Ferguson Road Initiative, For the Love of the Lake and Good Local Markets. — From Staff Reports
