Local singer/songwriter Mike Randall takes centerstage at Lochland’s Food and Spirits on October 9 at high noon for the first of many Honky Tonk Beer Garden Brunches. Featuring love songs, heart break songs and drinking songs from his recently released album “Bakersfield, TX,” Randall delivers an authentic show every time. Now open at 10 a.m., Lochland’s encourages guests to arrive early for a table in the beer garden. The full a la carte brunch menu is available with house specialties, including House Hash & Eggs, Smoked Salmon Pancakes and the Hangover Sandwich, in addition to pub favorites including Fish and Chips and Shepherd’s Pie. Drink specials include carafes of Mimosas, house Sangria and Brunch Punch in addition to an extensive list of seasonal cocktails and craft beers ($12-$24). Owned and operated by restaurant veterans and Irish Pub owners Cheryl and Peter Kenny, Lochland’s Food and Spirits is located at 8518 Plano Road at the intersection of Lake Highlands Drive and Northwest Highway.
