Business professionals and companies often look for ways to give back to the community as a show of appreciation, but supporting the local community has other benefits to the business world. The Greater East Dallas Chamber of Commerce is proud to present a panel discussion on Tuesday, Sept. 20 with local business professionals who will address giving back to the community and why corporate and individual giving is essential to businesses. It can familiarize businesses with the community and connect people and ideas that will positively impact business perspectives. Even companies or individuals who cannot afford to contribute money to charitable efforts can contribute their time and other resources to giving back to the community that supports those companies on a daily basis. This program and panel discussion will shine light on why giving back to the community is an opportunity to grow as a professional and to better understand how you fit into the community and businesses around you.
