‘Live to be 100’ event set for 9/29

Dr. Pam Popper is coming to Dallas on September 29 for an educational presentation that will showcase the secrets, habits and routines of the oldest, most active and happy people. 

Dr. Popper’s book is a New York Times Best Seller.

This event is inspired by the Netflix documentary “Blue Zone,” which searched the world for people living actively and healthily in their 100s. 

Dr. Popper helps older people thrive and will share secrets to long living. Dr Popper has been featured in the acclaimed documentary “Forks Over Knives” and “Processed People.”
