Dallas Love Field “Lead With Love” podcast goes behind the scenes in the upcoming episode with a moment in the airport’s history when award-winning filmmaker Miles Hargrove talks with aviation historian Bruce Bleakley about setting foot back on United States soil at Love Field Airport with his father, Tom Hargrove, who had been kidnapped by the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Columbia. In 1994, following the kidnapping of his father, Miles and his family worked for months to negotiate his release. Twenty-five years in the making and released in 2020, his latest film, “Miracle Fishing” (pictured above), chronicles his father’s story.  It has been screened at Tribeca, American Film Institute DOCS, Dallas International Film Festival and is available via streaming on Discovery+, Apple Itunes and Amazon. On Tuesday, Oct. 12 at 12:30 p.m., Dallas Love Field live streams the conversation on its “Love Field Leads” podcast. To watch the episode, visit Love Field’s Facebook and YouTube Live. Guests discuss a variety of topics and respond to audience comments and questions. After each episode airs, the recorded podcast is available on Apple Podcast, Spotify, iHeartRadio and Pandora.
