3 tablespoons white miso

3 tablespoons rice vinegar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 (14-ounce)
package Cole slaw mix
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
Salt to taste
In a mixing bowl, whisk together miso and vinegar. Gradually whisk in oil, add Cole slaw mix and toss to mix. Toss in sunflower seeds. Season with salt. Let stand 20 minutes before serving.
