The Perot Museum of Nature and Science unveiled plans this week for an ambitious campus transformation, anchored by a pioneering outdoor expansion that will double the Museum’s exhibition space and advance its commitment to inspiring minds through the natural world. Designed as a living laboratory in the heart of Dallas, the outdoor museum expansion will bring nature in all its forms more fully into the Perot Museum’s program, offering innovative new ways for visitors to explore and understand the natural world through immersive, hands-on experiences that are impossible to recreate indoors at this scale. Guests will experience the forces that shape the world — from earth, water, air and weather to energy, biodiversity and the interconnected systems that sustain life. — Kimberly Daniell
