Brownies:

4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
3/4 cup unsalted butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
4 cups Double-Stuf Oreo pieces (about 20 cookies, chopped)
Glaze:
2 cups confectioner’s sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
3 tablespoons milk
1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
Heat oven to 350 F. Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment, leaving an overhang on the edges.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate and butter together, working in 1-minute increments and stirring between each. Stir in sugar, then add eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour and salt.
Pour half of batter into prepared pan. Top with half of Oreo pieces. Pour over remaining batter and smooth with a spatula. Top with remaining Oreo pieces, then press them lightly so they stick to the batter.
Meanwhile, make glaze. In a mixing bowl, whisk together ingredients until smooth.
Bake until set, 28-32 minutes. Let stand until cool then drizzle with glaze. Let glaze set for 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
