Thousands of guests, ghosts and ghouls will converge in the heart of Dallas at Klyde Warren Park’s fourth-annual Trick-or-Treating in the Park on Saturday, Oct. 26. Free and open to the public, revelers will enjoy candy collecting, costume contests and classic cinema with a nighttime showing of the seasonal favorite, “The Nightmare Before Christmas.” Kroger is donating 100,000 pieces of candy for all attending the spook-tacular event to enjoy. Klyde Warren Park’s Corporate Council is staffing more than 25 trick-or-treating tables. The evening includes costume contests for all ages. Klyde Warren Park is located between Olive and Pearl Streets at 2012 Woodall Rodgers Frwy. in Dallas. For more details, visit klydewarrenpark.org.
