Dallas Mayor Eric L. Johnson recently announced plans for the 30th annual Dallas Mayor’s Back to School Fair, powered by the All Stars Project (ASP) and Junior League of Dallas, which will be held Friday, August 7 at Fair Park in the Automobile Building and Centennial Hall. The fair, hosted by Mayor Johnson, is a collaborative effort between the City of Dallas, Dallas ISD, nonprofits, corporations and community volunteers. Each year, it serves more than 10,000 economically disadvantaged students from Pre-K to Grade 12 and their families and provides access to free school supplies, immunizations, haircuts, dental screenings, vision exams and other services from more than 100 vendors. With registration now open, qualifying families can sign up at MayorsBacktoSchoolFair.com. The Fair is open to Dallas residents and families with students in Dallas ISD. Priority is given to families whose household income is equal to or less than the 2025 Federal Poverty Guidelines. Registration will remain open until Friday, July 26. — Anna Clare Payne
