White Rock Rowing, the only Dallas rowing club to hold multiple national youth championship trophies (2014, 2021), returned home from its second regatta of the season, the Head of the Charles, with outstanding results from its four-person boat entries.

“Competing at this level is significant at the largest regatta in the world,” said Sue Ellen Chambers, board chair of White Rock Boathouse, Inc., the nonprofit that houses White Rock Rowing. “And to see the outstanding results from the White Rock Rowing youth athletes at this race will make for an exciting year ahead. The athletes proved this weekend that they have what it takes to compete at this level.” From Oct. 20-22, The Head of The Charles, held at Cambridge, Mass., hosted more than 11,000 master, collegiate and junior rowers from across the country, in addition to multiple national teams including U.S., Spain and Ukraine.
