Tahini-Honey Salmon

1/4 cup stirred tahini

Juice of 1/2 lemon

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Kosher salt to taste

4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets

Heat oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment. 

In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients except salmon. Place salmon on prepared baking sheet and brush with tahini mixture. 

Bake until cooked through and just flaky, about 10 minutes. Remove from oven and heat broiler. Broil until browned, about 2 minutes. Serve hot.
