Tajin-Spiced Cauliflower

1 head cauliflower, broken into small florets

2 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons Tajin
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Heat oven to 425F. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
In a bowl, toss cauliflower with oil until coated. Sprinkle with Tajin and toss again. Spread into an even layer on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt.
Roast until browned and crispy, about 20 minutes.
Serve hot.
