The 19th annual AIA Dallas Tour of Homes, an unforgettable weekend of architecture and design presented by eggersmann Kitchens & Home Living, returns Saturday, Oct. 25 and Sunday, Oct. 26. This year’s lineup showcases a dynamic mix of architectural styles where design meets daily life, home sizes and price points, with featured residences located throughout North Dallas, Far North Dallas, Northwest Dallas, the Urban Reserve in Dallas, Turtle Creek, Preston Hollow and Kessler Park/Oak Cliff. The exclusive separately ticketed non-tour Premiere Party will take place in a stunning home in the heart of Lakewood.

Attendees can look forward to a dynamic showcase of architectural elements that reveal how the way we live shapes thoughtful design — from a modern hacienda with a motor court, to a home designed for effortless entertaining and a deep love for animals. The tour also features a residence with an inward-focused layout enriched by cultural values and curated art, a net-zero-energy home that blends sustainability with refined simplicity, and a meticulously restored historic home that strikes a harmonious balance between preservation and modern living.
Event co-chairs, Jarod Fancher, AIA, and Justin Leal, AIA, express their enthusiasm for highlighting this year’s selection of homes:
“This year’s tour truly offers something for everyone – from a thoughtfully renovated home with an addition in an historic neighborhood, to a net-zero energy small home, an upscale duplex and a modern, ranch-inspired residence designed for effortless entertaining and a dog lover’s dream.”
The self-guided, in-person tour is Saturday, Oct. 25 and Sunday, Oct. 26, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day. Tickets go on sale August 15 at the website hometourdallas.com. Tickets are $55 if purchased before the week of the Tour. Starting on October 21, ticket prices will increase to $65.
The separate VIP tickets to the Premiere Party event will be available on Thursday, October 23 at a home not on the general admission tour. VIP tickets to the Premiere Party, which go on sale August 15, are $150 and include live music, passed hors d’oeuvres, an open bar, conversations with the tour architects, plus a ticket to the self-guided weekend tour. This year’s exclusive Premiere Party is hosted at a luxurious, Texas ranch-inspired estate conscientiously designed as an elite facility for dog training, grooming and boarding – combining upscale amenities and exceptional canine care. This highly curated residence was designed by Bentley Tibbs Architect.
Architecture firms represented on this year’s Tour are Abeyta Architecture Studio; Atory LLC; A. Michael Architecture; Bentley Tibbs Architect; Laura Juarez Baggett Studio; Sarah Harper; Studio Park Architecture; and Tezanto.
