The Wipe Out Kids’ Cancer “When I Grow Up” Warrior Portrait exhibit is now on display through Nov. 21 at NorthPark mall in Dallas. This exhibit is a curated collection of portraits and stories of 25 of the 26 brave young pediatric cancer patients (called Wipe Out Kids’ Cancer Warriors). They are dressed as what they dream of being when they grow up. This exhibit symbolizes the hope Wipe Out Kids’ Cancer (WOKC) has provided to these inspiring Warriors and their families for more than 40 years. WOKC realizes that cancer affects more than just the child and provides various programs to support the entire family unit. NorthPark is located at 8687 N. Central Expressway. — From Staff Reports
