Women’s celebration includes headshots

To celebrate women and individuality, a local woman-owned business is offering free headshots that embrace individualism and uniqueness. Instead of covering up tattoos, piercings or conforming to a standard hairstyle, the Dallas small business (Wildlike) is saying “Come as you are.” They are bringing in a professional photographer and calling the event “Take Back Your Headshot.” They encourage anyone who would like to revamp their LinkedIn profile with an expressive new headshot, to come. Last year we saw individuals with all different stories and need for a new headshot. This is free to the public (first come, first served with limited spots). No purchase required. The event is on Friday, March 8 at Wildlike (4218 Oak Lawn Avenue) from 4-6 p.m. Participants will receive a digital copy of their new headshot photo. While waiting to snap the new headshot, Wildlike will be hosting a celebration in honor of International Women’s Day.
