White Rock Lake Weekly reader Shuji Sugawara took this photograph on January 30 of the waters flooding the lawn of the Bath House Cultural Center after the heavy rains. Shuji stated they got 4 1/2 inches of rain in their backyard off Lake Highlands Drive and Peavy Road during those same storms. Congratulations, Shuji!
