Chefs join forces to help sober-living house

The 6th Annual Dallas AllStar Chef Classic benefitting Dallas 24 Hour Club is set for Oct. 13 from 5:30-8 p.m. The evening will feature cuisine prepared by 25 top chefs as well as live music by the Georgia Bridgwater Orchestra and live and silent auctions. Vicki and Bruce Stensrud and Cindy and David Brewer will chair this year’s event along with Honorary Chairs Lee Ann and Steve Van Amburgh. Acclaimed Chef Matthew McCallister, of the newly opened Homewood, will serve as host chef, joined by the following extraordinary participating chefs:

The Dallas AllStar Chef Classic was born with the mission to help with fundraising efforts and to further addiction awareness within the restaurant community. The event supports Dallas 24 Hour Club and its mission to provide safe, sober transitional living for homeless men and women seeking a brand-new life away from drugs and alcohol. The Classic will be at Sixty Five Hundred, 6500 Cedar Springs Rd. in Dallas.
