Dallas ISD is proud to announce that Aiden B., a fourth-grade student from Thomas L. Marsalis Elementary STEAM Academy, won first place in the annual MLK Jr. Oratory Competition, which celebrated the 60th anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s “I Have a Dream” speech. Aiden delivered an empowering message envisioning how Dr. King might perceive the changes that have unfolded since his historic address. — Dallas ISD Staff Reports
