Mockingbird Station has new dimensions

It was an action-packed night for attendees who experienced the Grand Opening Event at Sandbox VR, Dallas’ socially immersive gaming experience in Mockingbird Station. Guests picked which of the six other-worldly virtual reality experiences they wanted to jump into. Then, they were outfitted with head-to-toe gear, including a haptic vest, wrist sensors, ankle sensors, a backpack and a headset, all of which play a part in immersing them into the virtual reality world of their choice. Next, they enjoyed 30-45 minutes of non-stop gameplay. Sandbox VR recently opened locations in Fort Worth, Dallas and Austin. — Cami ten Napel
