Dallas family-run restaurant Palmer’s Hot Chicken and its sister restaurant in St. Simons, Ga., Porch, are making their debut on television screens across the country with a feature on Food Network’s “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives,” hosted by Guy Fieri. Filmed onsite at Porch and airing on Friday, Feb. 2 at 8 p.m. CT / 9 p.m. ET, Fieri tries the hot chicken joint’s beloved MotherClucker Sandwich, seasoned, fried Gulf Shrimp and Southern sides.  

 There will be celebrations all day long in the Dallas restaurant, including the new Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives special, with everything Fieri tried, giveaways and freebies, passed appetizers from 6-8 p.m. and photo opportunities. Palmer’s is located at 6465 E. Mockingbird Ln. in Dallas.
