Students begin immersive learning week

Students at Mockingbird Elementary School welcomed unique visitors this past week as part of an immersive-like learning experience where teachers and staff members transformed their school into an engaging Egyptian oasis. A camel, fox and crocodile were brought to the campus to expose students to the diverse fauna of Egypt, providing an up-close encounter with these creatures.
