By Catherine Wendlandt

The Dallas Opera (TDO) announces its Winter and Spring 2026 event lineup from February through May for the greater Dallas and North Texas community. This includes mainstage production operas, “The Little Prince” and “Don Carlo,” free community events, beloved annual and biannual concerts, like the National Vocal Competition, and family programming.

“The Three Little Pigs Family Opera,” featuring music by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, will be performed on Saturday, Feb. 28 at 2 p.m. in the Winspear Opera House.

One family show is “The Three Little Pigs Family Opera,” featuring music by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, on Saturday, Feb. 28 at 2 p.m. The big, bad wolf is on his way, so it’s time for the three little pigs to build houses to withstand all his huffing and puffing! Luckily, the power of song is on their side (Mozart arias, to be precise) — plus their library cards to help them learn about home construction. This is a terrific 30-minute, kid-friendly opera.

Tickets are now available for all winter and spring events. Single tickets can be purchased online at dallasopera.org or by calling Patron Services at 214-443-1000. Discounts are available for groups of 10 or more and can be purchased by contacting Group Sales (214-443-1066 or groupsales@dallasopera.org).
